Ezy-Pak HCR
High Chemical Resistance Injectable Packing Compound w/ PTFE

EZY-PAK HCR (FKA EZY-PAK 115) is the most used packing compound, it is designed specifically for use in expanding gate type valve stem glands. Formulated from synthetic fluid and fibers plus inert fillers and a high percentage of ground PTFE particles for performance over a wide temperature range EZY-PAK HCR is ideal for preventing leaks while lowering the torque required to operate the valve.

EZY-PAK HCR can be pumped using a high-pressure lubricator or may be formed by hand into any void requiring a packing compound. Excellent for use with hydrocarbons, aqueous solutions, brine, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, water and steam.
